ADVANCE SYNTHETIC COMPRESSOR OIL SERIES

United Advanced Synthetic Compressor Oil is a premium performance, synthetic compressor oil based on polyalphaolefin and ester technology. It contains a rust and oxidation inhibitor system plus anti-wear additives to provide outstanding oxidation resistance and corrosion protection. High viscosity index and low pour points of the polyalphaolefin base fluid permits application in a wider range of ambient operating temperatures than with conventional lubricants. It provides long oil life and effective lubrication in severe applications.

United Advanced Synthetic Compressor Oil is recommended for lubrication of reciprocating, rotary screw slide vane air compressors where the air delivery temperatures are greater than 150°C. But not recommended for use in breathing air compressors.

SYN VESTA COMPRESSOR OIL SERIES

United Syn Vesta compressor oil is designed for use in air compressors and high temperature circulating systems where freedom from deposit formation and extra-long drain interval are desired. Formulated from tailor made fully synthetic base stocks and reinforced with carefully selected additives, United Syn Vesta compressor oil is resistant to oxidation at all operating temperatures, thereby minimizing the formation of acidic oxidation products that can lead to system corrosion and reduced oil life. The naturally extra high viscosity index and provide stable viscosity characteristics and maintenance of a tough fluid film, even at high operating temperatures.

HYDRO VESTA COMPRESSOR OIL SERIES

United Hydro Vesta Compressor Oils are hydro-treated based fluids designed for use in air compressors and high temperature circulating systems where freedom from deposit formation is desired. It is resistant to oxidation, thereby minimizing the formation of acidic oxidation products that can lead to system corrosion and reduced oil life. The naturally high viscosity index of the base fluid provides stable viscosity characteristics and maintaining a tough fluid film, even at high operating temperatures.

VESTA SYN S REFRIGERATION OIL SERIES

United Vesta Syn S Refrigeration Oil is blended with the selection chemical additive, the high quality naphthenic base oil and the special function double ester synthetic base oil. It is good with the halocarbon refrigerant's solubility to helpful in avoids the oil separation which freezes the system usually to occur and congeals frozen in the valve and the heat transfer surface question.

It has low pour point that is helpful in prevents the harmful waxiness precipitation, especially designed for the freezer lubrication use. United Vesta Syn S Refrigeration Oil has chemical stability, no reaction with the refrigerant and high thermostability that is helpful in prevents the oil the decomposition.

It is suitable for all freezing compressor type: The reciprocating and rotary refrigeration compressors with the fluorine carbon refrigerant. But it cannot be used together with the sulphur dioxide or R134A refrigerant. According to the compressor manufacturer's recommendation, select the specific viscosity grade oil.

VESTA S REFRIGERATOR OIL SERIES

United Vesta S Refrigeration Oil is a naphthenic-based compressor oil with low carbon forming tendencies. It is specially formulated for reciprocating and rotary refrigeration compressors in air conditioning systems or refrigeration systems with chlorofluoro-carbons (CFCs) (eg. R12); ammonia (eg. R717); hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) (eg. R22); carbon dioxide (CO2) (eg. R744); sulfur dioxide (SO2) or ethylene chloride (C2H4Cl2) as refrigerant. Nevertheless it was not suitable for systems containing HFC refrigerants (eg. HFC 134a).
